The paper submission must follow several steps:

1. Subscribe to the conference under the Abstract Registration link : DONE
   
   
2. Connect and fill in the page related to the Abstract Submission : DONE
   
   
3. Once the Abstract Submission page is completed, you will be able to check if the abstract submission process has been validated by activating the Abstract ID menu : DONE
   
   
4. You will be notified by e-mail concerning the accept/reject status of the abstract : DONE
   
   
5. Compose your paper in accordance with the formatting and style requirements established for the Conference Proceedings. The final paper, 4 to 10 pages length, should be written in English. To assist you in the preparation of your paper, the following templates are available (click to download):
   • ocoss_word.doc,
   • ocoss_latex.tar (please rename the downloaded file "ocoss_latex.pdf" as "ocoss_latex.tar")
   • or you can download a suitable template from the IEEE website.
6. Final paper (PDF format) shall be uploaded using "Final Paper Submission" interface available in the "Author Instructions" menu, on the left, after loging in with your author IDs. Please note that only PDF files will be accepted.
7. Presentations are limited to 15 minutes with 5 minutes extra for questions.
